I live in east Tennessee and i am 100% pro gun...but i also have some common sense! As we know from the article the TN State Senate voted 25 - 2 in favor of "Open Carry". However the bill now goes before the House and from the MANY articles that are coming out now...they predict the House will vote NO....actually they say it may never even get that far.

My thought...and i know nothing. As much as i despise government from the local, state and federal levels. i think they are all in cahoots together. My view...lets say if this one article is correct...the TN Senate would overwhelming vote Yes knowing it wont make it any further....You know...pacify the sheep like they were all for it when they werent...knowing nothing would come from it! ill leave it at that cause its the weekend and i dont need to get fired up already this morning.....LOL!

One thing that Deputy House Speaker Steve McDaniel said that makes you think about all this....

“Hell, no!” said McDaniel, who -- clearly relating his statement to the home base of his questioner -- said that, if the measure passed, “Every gang-banger in Memphis will end up packing. Can you imagine?”
