Better yet Benz I don't think the mayor would comment fraud by lying to the tax payers. He said he was doing this because IT WILL SAVE them money on gas. The police dept proved it worked. It does not get explained any simpler then what the mayor and police chief stated. 6-8 MPG increase in mileage!!!!
