Means there is a bunch of orders in that area. Plus that's a small order and they would most likely group your order in with other ones, or it wouldn't show on level 2 because isn't has to be a 10k or over order to show.

i've been jumped over a couple times when it shows i'm only one on bid or ask too.. i guess when the AXE shows up they get what they want first
