I don't think share price has any effect one way or another on the two remaining bonus incentives. Just going from memory, I think the next one is a revenue threshold, and the other is a profit threshold. As of yesterday's filing, JN owns about one million shares out of the 4 million bonus. What share price/market cap does probably affect is SLTD's ability to acquire another company on favorable terms.
