Im sorry for your loss michaeldesanta. I can understand why the family may want to keep things private but he was the CFO of a public company who died "unexpectedly" right before his company's first report in almost 6 months was to be filed. While i like a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy but I do believe that the timing of his passing was just a coincidence. The lack of information regarding his death is really the only red flag to me. You said that you found the information easily on the internet. I was not able to find it. I don't want to scrutinize or theorize I just want to know what happened.
