but CT knew about the value of Alpha. So no matter what Gingras and friends did, she believed there was a value and tried to close deal. You can still attack Gingras and friends, it brings nothing for the current moment and le tme tell you you won't have my support by acting that way.

Vivo will not make the deal if it does not own the land... Amazing. So this is the excuse Tsai will use to explain why it did not come to terms... She always had good excuses.

There is no need to buy the land at all and PDC is extremely accomodating on terms.

BTW, anyone bought land in China recently ?

Most biotech companies don't own the land their facilities are built on. Many of them are multi-billion dollar companies that have thousands of investors. Viropro's problems have absolutely nothing to do with not owning the land.That is pure unadulterated BS. Biotech companies are not in the real estate business. They seek the best locations to run their business. Most if not all prime properties are owned by property development companies. Seems like too many of the folks claiming knowledge of the industry don't know jack #$@%.
