"paperwork"? suspensions don't happen because of failed "paperwork". they happen because there is evidence of fraud or because a company is signficantly delinquent in its SEC filings. And PHOT isn't delinquent in its filings.
There is no liquidity or Market Makers (evil as they are?) on the "Greys";only matched broker trades.
Historically the best day to sell is the first day of trading on the GreySheets. It only gets worse after that.
This thing will be triple zeros in no time at all. Sorry.
PHOT should pull through this okay. I believe they were halted for not filing some paperwork. Once the SEC gets them back on track they will come back a stronger company. I don't think it will go to subpennys but it may dip back down under .10 cents
I agree. I'm really sorry for those that this will affect greatly, but good risk allocation is a great lesson to learn. I will look to buy cheaply when we are out of this.
