If they were acquired and had $1.5M in revenues YOY when they were acquired, wouldn't you think the revenues would show at least $1M?

I see it as another one of many credibility issues with this company. I'd like to see MRNJ do their own work at the business based on well researched and professional input, allow for shareholder votes, and audit their financials. I don't see a breakdown of which subsidiaries are bringing in what revenue. That's a problem from my thought.
