Hey jack did you have a merger lined up when you proposed a reverse split?
Or were you just trying to get more treasury stock to pay your salary of $168,000 per year.
Or was there an even more pressing reason to reduce the number of issued shares?
You do realize that if you did a Reverse Split, and had no second act to follow, the share price would drop right back to 0.0017 and everyone, including the company, would have lost money?
