I just noticed the statement in the 8-K.

Feel free to ignore the following:

"On April 10, 2014, P. Vincent Mehdizadeh resigned as Chief Operating Officer and director of the Company."

What's your source for that? I didn't see it anywhere.

The PR released yesterday did say this, though:
"...commented Vincent Mehdizadeh, Founder and Senior Strategist at Medbox, Inc."

and this:
"In addition to Siegel, Medbox's board of directors consists of Matthew Feinstein, Vice-President of Medbox; Dr. Bruce Bedrick, Chief Executive Officer of Medbox; and Mitchell Lowe, our First Independent Director, Netflix Co-Founder and Former Redbox President."


So he wasn't identified as COO and was left off the list of directors.

Do you have another basis for your statement that I may have missed in my search?
