The sad thing, most think the SEC has all this power. They don't!
They set guidelines and advise. Wall Street is not a government sport.

They own all the shares. They over see all the old, new and artificial ones.
If Q poped over .03 today, the mother of all short squeeze would trigger.
Boom .005 like that. I doubt 300mm could be mustered from the retail hold in here today.
