#13545 RE: Shaka_Zulu #13544

Hey RS and Saint, most of the people on this board have been posting for years. The very definition of LONG and STRONG.

Over the past 8 months there has been an amazing accumulation going on.

There has been moderate dilution (presumedly to finance the lawsuit against Pfizer). Compared to most pennies the O/S of 350 million is small.

The pipeline of this dormant bio-sci company is what is keeping us all here building our share stockpiles.

Once the riddle of Alzheimer's has been solved, you will see one or more ILNS products in the medicine bag that will be the cure.

Most people on this board feel that something huge is going to happen in the next 90 days. That is because:
1/ Phase 2 Ponz trials by Pfe will end in June,
2/ court case against Pfe enters discovery phase in May,
3/ Evli has been working behind the scenes for the past year, hopefully stitching together ILNS's future.

At the moment, the speculation looks something like this:

Pfizer tried to destroy ILNS when ILNS was weak. They attempted this so that they could presumably take over Ponz and drop their $120 million commitment to ILNS.

As they were not able to bankrupt this little company, it is believed by some that Pfizer and ILNS may have brokered a buyout that is contingent upon early, positive results from the phase 2 Ponz trial. This belief is supported by the fact that (in doing so), Pfizer will save paying ILNS $120 million in milestone payments and also save the pile of money they will eventually lose on this lawsuit (which they cannot win).
