What does this post have to do with anything! Let alone Empire Energy? I believe Mal Bendall has already flown that kite.. Anyone else remember the old Rube ploy to supply jet fuel to the US Navy? Come on, Lets face it. Mal hasnt even bothered to update investors about anything eegc, let alone future or currant projects for the company for quite some time now. No annual statement, no earnings projections, no status of whatever legal actions are pending, good or bad. The only thing we "Stakeholders" are left holding is "The Bag". I do agree with one thing though, It certainly will not end with any trial, thats for sure. I seriously doubt Mal Bendall will ever come up with any money to finance any legal action against anyone! We "Famous" Stakeholders who belong to the "15 times more invested in eegc than you club", are "expended out" and certainly wont be expending any more in Mal's fantasy Energy finds!.... The stakeholders (whoever you might be referring to) have no bearing on the case which is decided by Justice Oing on the merits of evidence and arguments put to him. To date Mal and Paul have only produced irrelevant baloney and tomfoolery.

The matter may well not go to trial for the reason that Empire could not afford the cost and no other party would likely be stupid enough to fund it.

The US Marines stationed at Darwin have nothing to do with Empire Energy and their deployment does not depend on oil being found in Tasmania.

Beyond this Empire holds no exploration acreage, has no funding and no prospect of getting any. Malcolm has slunk off with his tail between his legs and left the shareholders to their fate.

Only an idiot could find any joy in this.
