PHOT had trading suspended not halted. The difference is days versus hours. Trading was suspended in PHOT until 23:59 EST on 24 APR 2014.

I had few hundred bucks in PHOT I was caught off guard with the suspension 4 sure it seemed to be one of the better reporting stocks in the sector... One thing about PHOT is that some are saying that it was suspended for non reporting of stock sells??? Does that mean the SEC can suspend ACTC stock over Gary's investigation and we are all left holding the bag on ACTC like PHOT shareholders? Scary stuff to think you can lose your whole investment over something one person does in the company that you had no control or knowledge of.

One of my other stocks held a presentation the same day as ACT. This is a power point link from another board on that presentation. Why can't ACT be as forth coming?
