If it is the company that is selling shares, that means that someone is buying those shares. If that is true, why doesn't the price go up? Wouldn't the company want to get as much money as possible for their shares?

If that's the case, then you're claiming the guys at Blackout are a bunch of liars and cheats right? Since they said they were planning a buyback and they're actually selling off. Are you in BKMP at this point, Cowboy?
