I glow....You obviously know a lot and do real DD. I appreciate it. It may not be what a hopeful skto investor wants to here....but the facts are the facts and hope is a deadly investment strategy. You remind me of a guy on the Neom board who pointed out for a year the death spiral financing everyday and he was right. from .05 at it's high right down to .0002 in a year. I really believe that guy was trying to keep people from losing money and he helped a few for sure. I was always impressed with his knowledge and in depth analysis on how the death spiral financing would play out and he was right on. He also picked apart the misleading Pr's the same way you do. . You may be right on this one ...but the potential here seems much more possible than QR codes did for neom. Real DD takes effort ....the numbers don't lie. My question is to you...if these guys were really trying to make a go of it with this company and merger ...just as you can see a lot of negatives and red flags with Skto....do you see any positives...and what would you personally need to see for yourself to decide Skto might be worth an investment ? Since you are here everyday helping to protect innocent investors from a shady company ....surly you would be willing to help them with what a smart dude like yourself would be looking for to risk a few bucks. Better yet ...are you allowed to throw out any picks on this board. Hope your able to help the little guys out here....thanks in advance.

I think that both skto and aegy shareholders will not end up with the same amount of shares they hold now when or if the "acquisition corp" goes forward.A ratio is another way of saying reverse split. For example a dividend given in a a subsidiary such as 1 share for every 4 is essentially a reverse split of the dividend shares in that new company.I bet that the newly formed company will also assume the debt both company's have,so the printing press can restart at higher prices then either of these trade at now.
