They are put back into the authorized shares I believe. IMO, It's a good thing. It's like if they bought back shares. They believe in there company by retiring shares. It's better for us as shareholders right now. It brings more value to our shares. It will show better to new shareholders that there are not a lot of outstanding shares out there when they invest. This is my synopsis on it.
