Flenderson - I think $50 PPS is a minimum stop loss for this stock in 3 years. If we avoid a M/A, we could hit $50 in a blink of an eye if SPORT is everything that we are hearing.

Regarding financing, I am assuming there is a lot of paperwork, etc that needs to be submitted/filed which is unavoidable and takes time.
