Anyone who can't see the Dilution here is blind. There are Convertible Notes being acted upon from years back. CEO admits this. That doesn't necessarily mean things are doomed to failure here as some have suggested. Like you said, there likely will be a nice pop here when they are through particularly if a couple strong news releases come out.
