I believe Dan is doing his best to keep transparent!! Keeping the SEC off DGRI's trail is important for him and the company and of course, us.

And also MM's pinching pennies because of the NASDAQ downturn today.

While the PHOT issue is provoking fear right now, in the long run, it is good for other MMJ stocks as that is a big competitor out of the way...at least temporarily.
