i have been trading pot stocks for the last year and done quite well. the first thing i do each morning is check the marijuana stock index to get a feel how the sector is doing:

this issue with phot caused a ripple effect across the board no doubt. but this sector is growing and will continue to grow and
as predicted by many before, it will be a multi-billion dollar industry. if phot can work out their issues then great. if not, then so be it, lesson learned and hopefully the lawsuit can help some recoup losses.
as for the sector as a whole, it is a great investment opportunity as more states will be legalising this coming november. even washington state will start recreational sales in a few months. many marijuana stocks are down and if i were you, i would take advantage of the phot screw up and start buying other stocks now for they will go back up. have a good day everyone.
