Not true. I own a company and we have no problem filing on time all the time. Q4 should have been filed by the 31st. I just hope they come through and do it by tomorrow. not filing on time is one thing. not filing after you told the SEC you would is a much bigger thing. Not bashing. I'm loaded and long.
