LOL This happens with most every SEC suspended ticker...

Problem is few will even attempt to jump on the lawsuit because they are "LONGS" and will continue to think PHOT will somehow 'fix' this.

this is pretty much standard operating procedure for plaintiff's class action firms. if you look at companies that have announced restatements or significant adverse events that cause a stock price to plummet (especially exchange-listed stocks), you will see all sorts of firms running these quasi-advertisements. don't see it too much with pennies because there's not enough money involved to make a meal out of a lawsuit, but maybe they think PHOT and its officers and directors have some resources that can be tapped or insurance that might cover claims.

Sad part is Im sure a ton of people on the inside made out like bandits by having friends buy a ton of shares at low prices...in the end worst case scenario 1 or 2 people go to jail for 5-10 years..and are rich when they get out...the people who really suffer are not corporate thugs..
