You can still put in online buy/sell orders for PHOT. The issues are:

1) You will not have bid/ask so the PPS is best based on the last successful trade.

2) Some brokers may not allow trading of grey sheet stocks like PHOT will be soon.

3) Most traders will stay away from GS stocks because they're hard to buy & sell readily.

4) Many will just hold and wait forever in hopes PHOT will get off the grey sheets. I can tell you now- IT WON'T

5) There will be no interest in this stock except for the sol-called "longs"
