Subsequent to Jan 31, but we don't know if they have stopped dilution since Feb 20 when they got funding from Lincoln Park. Is it possible that subsequent to the funding they may have stopped dilution? I am not sure of all that is involved with dilution but I saw they were using shares as payment so now that we have funding I imagine we won't need to do that anymore.
