I'm not sure why you think the date of filing is so important-- the SEC doesn't seem to care much. Last year, CHLO didn't file the 10K until May 15-- a full 45 days after the initial deadline.
They will file it when they file it, and we all hope to see improved results. At least this year, they do not have to deal with the extensive restatements of previous cash flow numbers that were one of the causes of the delay last year.
they've been coming through with filings...just hope the dilution is minimal.once they stop diluting we could go up instead of down and be nice to show a profit someday.
