not only was revenue not over $500K

It was also not just under $500K

It was closer to $400K, at $423K


however, what was over $500K was the Net Loss for the quarter for MDBX:



Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2013 was $(513,000)

Forgive me it was just under 500,000.........
