The company received proceeds at the initial offering of shares to the market, known as IPO. Shares issued subsequently do not directly fund BBDA but those who receive the shares. BBDA has not had any new market offerings since the IPO.
I don't understand why you people keep going back and complaining that BW is using the shares as an ATM? He has practically stated that, not in the simple minded way that many here like to read, but it has been written. He won't take a bank loan so where else is he going to get capital to run and grow the business? State and restate the oblivious is the most all of you do. I use oblivious instead of obvious because most aren't able to pull their heads out.
