NCAP is a shell company with no actual business and $500k in the bank from recent financing.

It intends to buy 7000 parked internet domains from major shareholder of controlling company SGTB. The internet domains are worthless and significant dilution to buy them may occur. Finalization of the transaction and dilution has not yet happened.

It is amazing there is even a bid above a nickle on this stock.
