OK, so if the SEC doesn't have any SEC filings to reveiw why would they investigate them?

Seems like LATF is safe for the time being from a SEC investigation until they start reporting to them again?

In the light of how the others have fallen I would suspect that LATF will have all their "ducks in a row" before they file with them again. Unless the OTC markets turned their filings over to the SEC for review if they see it nessasary?(not sure how that would work though?) The OTC would probably confront LATF first though for an explaination IF they had a question,I would think?
