FRTD has NO Convertible in place as they've stated

That's one of the things I've always liked about what they're doing here. No Convertible plus the beginning of Buying back 250 Million shares. I think they're doing everything right. Next big contract we see should push us above .10

So, because I am new to suspensions-- In a case like you've mentioned, does the company still go to the grey's, or what happens when the suspension is over?
