BRND we know it's being manipulated and there are two possible scenarios:
1) someone wants to dump and it's dumping in a controlled way to prevent it from going to triple 0s at least for now.
2) some big player want shares for the big run and is accumulating in the 0.0011~0.002 range.

It's a 50-50 gamble now.
