You really don't have a good understanding of Antitrust law and litigation, and you really should take what, therefore, amounts to trash talk over to the AMD modified thread. For instance, no one, not even lead council for O'Melveny knows what the facts are, and has very conservatively so stated, yet you spout them as the Gospel According to Joe and then submit post after post applying your polyester view of the law to your made up facts.
