Actually, it may not matter. They have certainly gotten a lot of publicity, and Mr. Henthorn is excellent at getting publicity, which pushes the stock.
For me, this stock is a great trading vehicle, but I have seen no evidence that it is a viable business. It shows profits only because many professional fees, and other costs such as ice cream distribution, have been paid by stock which has not been correctly recorded on the P&L - instead, over $7M on the balance sheet as 'unidentified...assets.' Additionally, management is not receiving salaries.
