I researched the trademarks from Genway. I didn't see any attempt by them to trademark "Lung Cancer Test". I guess you discovered the same... Wolf

William has filed and received numerous trademarks..I too had a handful in the e1980's..Why they sent the materials for examination to be delayed for 6 months is beyond my pay grade..They sent those materials for a delay of the examination you understand...
