My advice, get married to the gym immediately, and enjoy watching MYEC rise to glory. Youll immediately feel better about getting healthier and youll have some huge ass motivation while your there. Women have sent meoff on athletic binges like no other lol, its how eventually ended up on p90x. But the combo of money and being ripped 6-12 months from now and what your feeling now will be a distant memory.
