FNB Pharm.....800m shares authorized. Possible future spin off to CWIR shareholders?

correct me if I am incorrect....FnB will own all the shares after name change becomes official....CWIR is gone[SOS] is now FnB and for all practical purposes right now they are one in the same according to CO. filing...just not with FINRA as yet..I think we should stick to one name or the other from now on till change..Both names in same post may be confusing to newbies
