Every filing that discloses their holdings shows 9.99%. Honest. SEC Edgar is your friend.

And they don't have more than 9.99% of "common" stock at any given time because that would change their reporting requirements and would prevent them from participating in these convertible debenture notes.

My post is based on SEC filings. Yours is based on speculation.

Now who is being dishonest?
