I am reading the tea leaves but I think Playbev and Playboy have come to an agreement and that is why Grippo Elden asked for a continuance and a motion to modify their complaint. Playboy says to playbev, if you change the complaint to this, we will do that.

Personally I have had to do that in a few of my own law suits.

I am optimistic that 4/16 will be our day!

As far as the auditor, you no longer see circuit ranked in the 30 percentile of suspected accounting practices

I wish I could be in court on the 16th.
