It is, although there are a lot of people in NYC. Medical MJ may make surprising incursions... I live in Florida which is purple but has the rep of being very red yet Medical Marijuana may make it in a year or two. Alaska is conservative, but has a strong libertarian streak and I predict their referendum will pass.
