what has convinced people to participate is that if you buy a solar panel you receive 15% per annum at a time when typical French savings accounts are offering between 1.5% and 4%. In the current circumstances of world finances it is an amazing fixed income opportunity.

15% sounds good, do I have to move to France? Not that my wife would mind but we have three locations in the USA we are considering adding rooftop solar if the economics warrant.
