I guess we would have to ask Senor Myles his definition of the "very near future." If I made a statement and used those words, it would mean within three months. If I realized later that I could not release the tld during that time frame, I would issue an explanation to shareholders why it couldn't be released as schedules and then give a SPECIFIC date by which it would be released.
Very near future means within a year or two bro. In other companies, like anip, who is putting out a generic test gel to compete with the name brands at 1/10th of the price. They said very near future to get royalties with teva. Its been nine months and now they are saying another 9 months. So I'd say very near future means a year or two years. I mean I feel your pain, I bought that one at 7 and its worth 80 but its trading at 29. sucks.
