I bought HPNN in 2010/11/12
I had a letter from my bank Oct. 2013 ( bank in switzerland/europe, I'm swiss )
Broker like to delete my Position worthless, because never will be tradable again.
I said NO. I will look for a other account, where Position has to be bring in.
Said and done.
Now my Broker ( in US ) is in big troubles. He has to bring my Shares ( 40M).
Looks like he sold me short.
Like proof ?
