I've been going through an issue at work that has some similarities as far as wether or not the fight is worth it or not. I could stand up and fight for what I believe, but instead of it costing me 10-20k to bow out, it could cost many multiples of that, not to mention the time and agrivation.
John needs to keep JBI moving forward, he needs to focus his time and resources on what is important to rollout the sales of processors, amongst numerous other things. He did the right thing by settling, and I for one couldn't give a crap about the issue in the first place. I also could not give a crap about the media credit issue, none of these things will matter soon!!
