A very old rule of thumb has it that the FIRST entity that exhibits interest in ACQUIRING an asset USUALLY wins in the END.

I seem to recall TATA was involved at least 5 or more years ago with Digifonica. If Microsoft is out does TATA then not move to the head of the pack???
