This barrier at 2 has been this big for a couple weeks at least. This is the new floor, no more 1's to be had except the large 50 mil block trades that get flipped at 2 and those are between broker dealers not reg shareholders. There have been no 350 million to 850 million share dumps meaning the C shareholders have been reigned in
MM's have run very low on shares or you would see way more action than what we are witnessing. No smart investors want to give up 2's knowing full well that revenues are imminent unless they are truly weak minded as evidenced by the few 2 trades we see here and there and those selling at 3 now. MM's want those 3's badly and the weak minded are playing into their hands as we sit here and watch the ticker. Someone will scoop those up, just watch! Also I would say there are those among us that are not MM's that will also unload 2's in an effort to scare shareholders but these would be HUGE shareholders trying their own manipulation tactics with a fraction of what they own. This will stop because 2's are wayyyy to valuable at this point.
The slightest bit of news and this thing rockets as most will be holding their shares long term, not flipping, making the Float (shares available to actually trade)much smaller in reality than what is posted. People selling 3's now will be kicking themselves in a few weeks since there will be limited shares available to flippers and new longs.
between the big dump in NOV and the start of the big dump in Jan HIMR rose to 6's on its own. When the HUGE P&D campaign started Jan 16th the price tanked and we have been in flux ever since... however HIMR stated that they cancelled and then repriced the C shareholders out and there has been no Significant volume since last week. Expect a PR confirming this fact soon.
