1.2 billion from diluting the stock, because as of now they make no revenues. I can release a PR saying I am going to POTENTIALLY breed unicorns, who cares. Until the TA gives us the current SS then there is no reason to think this is anything but dilution, a real company has zero reason to hide that info.
Deviating from the fact that they are diluting this will not get you rich. Just pump this up to .005 so I can make my profits and move on.
