Confirmed on Scottrade as well.

TD Ameritrade and E-trade confirmed the dividend. I also believe a few others have confirmed the ex-divvy date of April 10th, Record date of April 14th and the Payment date of April 25th.

When the broker confirms it, it will take an act of god for it not to happen.
