Because Vigil specifically spoke about increasing the p.p.s., I don't believe for a second that QASP has been shorting/diluting their own stock. She wouldn't make a statement that could so easily be refuted by evidence. She may have intermittent issues with her grammar, but she isn't stupid by any means. She is quite confident compared to some other women, which might be how she has risen to the top of her career so fast. To those who claim QASP has no CEO, you are mistaken. CEO means Chief Executive Officer. What is an Executive? A PRESIDENT.

This one has huge potential from these levels. We have all seen MJ stocks with 5x this O/S run thousands of percent from this level. QASP is heating up, all these down days have done is present more opportunities for cheapies before the BOOM.
