Nothing new on the dilution front.

Feel free to share anything you find. The only other mention has been on this board. Per the 10-K:

As of March 17, 2014, there were 405,043,436 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value, issued and outstanding.



So we know the outstanding. The rest falls into derivatives that are painful to calculate without all the facts. What you should be concerned with at the moment is the float. I've found no reliable way to calculate this so far.

And then the pumps just had to mess with GACR. Now you have get rich quick people who buy in on email spam and quickly getting out when they realize GACR is a long term play, dumping and causing the price to suffer. And I'm sure short selling is in the mix, too.

I hope Ian releases an update soon. Dilution is a major and legitimate concern.
